REGRINDING

The tools go through the same procedures used for manufacturing new tools

PCD tools are re-lapped or re-tipped if necessary to restore the original geometry
OUTWARD INSPECTION

In-line process control ensures quality at each station

Every critical dimension of the tool is carefully inspected with state-of-the art inspection equipments
COATING
The tools are re-coated to their original coating to give maximum life
